Leading the infrastructure and automation strategy for a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform, specifically enabling autonomous AI agents and self-healing cloud operations.
Core Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Design and optimize high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Advanced CI/CD: Build pipelines for microservices and specialized AgentOps, including AI/ML model training, GenAI memory/context handling, and multi-agent orchestration.

Autonomous Operations: Implement event-driven infrastructure that supports self-healing workflows, RPA bots, and goal-driven autonomous agents.

Security & Compliance: Enforce HIPAA and SOC2 standards through secure secrets management, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for AI decisions.

Integration Oversight: Manage microservices via Kafka/RabbitMQ and integrate Big Data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift) to feed telemetry into predictive AI models.
Technical Requirements

Experience: 6–10+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, ideally within US Healthcare.

Cloud & Orchestration: Expert-level AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Automation: Mastery of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI; experience with ArgoCD and Ansible.

AI/Agentic Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience deploying GenAI, autonomous agents, and RPA pipelines.

Monitoring: Full-stack observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog, with a focus on tracking bot/agent behavior.
