Role Summary

  • The CRM will lead client engagement across financial planning, investment advisory, and insurance solutions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and the ability to independently manage client portfolios while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct client onboarding, review meetings, and financial consultations
  • Independently prepare and present comprehensive financial and investment plans using in-house tools
  • Perform risk profiling and align investment strategies with client goals and risk appetite
  • Recommend and implement suitable mutual fund and insurance products
  • Monitor client portfolios, suggest rebalancing strategies, and ensure goal alignment
  • Address client queries and resolve discrepancies in planning or execution
  • Upsell and cross-sell financial products based on evolving client needs
  • Generate leads via referral, education, and digital marketing channels
  • Drive sales conversions through structured meetings, proposals, and negotiations
  • Maintain detailed client records including meeting minutes and action plans
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning
  • Lead and mentor team members; coordinate with operations for seamless execution

Qualifications & Domain Expertise

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or Certified Financial Planning (CFP)
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or insurance sales
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (mutual funds, ULIPs, term plans), taxation, and economic fundamentals

Skills & Traits

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Persuasive communicator with strong listening and questioning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Skilled in social media marketing and professional emailing
  • Self-driven, empathetic, and growth-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Work from office (Viman Nagar, Pune)
