About the Role:

- This role involves a blend of technical and administrative tasks aimed at optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient project delivery, and supporting the ongoing maintenance and performance of cloud-based network solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google Cloud) and core network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, load balancing).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, network administration, or project assistant role, ideally with exposure to cloud environments.
- Basic knowledge of network security principles and cloud governance.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to supporting network and cloud projects
