Responsibilities

  • Uncover new opportunities: Identify, qualify, and connect with net-new potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline for future wins through thoughtful, relevant outreach.
  • Become a product champion: Immerse yourself in Everstream and industry knowledge, developing a strong understanding of global supply chains, disruption signals, and Everstream’s platform. Become comfortable delivering short, focused demonstrations of the product.
  • Sharpen your sales acumen: Learn and apply modern outbound techniques through real-world scenarios, continuous feedback, and experimentation; building confidence as a business development professional.
  • Build relationships that last: Engage potential clients with insight-led conversations, listen carefully to their challenges, and position yourself as a trusted, credible first point of contact.
  • Support demand generation initiatives: Partner with Marketing and Sales to support demand generation programs, including campaign research, list building, inbound follow-up, event/webinar support, and signal-based account engagement.
  • Embrace technology: Become proficient in our CRM and sales tools, leveraging data, research platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and marketing programs to improve both outbound and demand generation effectiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing account research and prioritization, synthesizing industry context, company structure, and supply chain exposure into actionable outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the global BDR and Sales teams on account strategy and messaging, incorporating current global events and disruption signals into outreach where relevant.
  • Use AI tools to support research, writing, and experimentation (including basic prompt-driven workflows or light automation), with guidance and best practices provided.
  • Develop working proficiency in Everstream’s platform and confidently support short product walkthroughs and demonstrations.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable; willing to test new approaches, incorporate feedback, and adjust strategy as the team evolves.
  • Use LinkedIn effectively for research, outreach, and professional communication.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline by accurately logging activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM and related tools.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS, inside sales, marketing, or business development environment preferred
  • Exposure to operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial domains is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Demandbase, or similar sales and ABM platforms is preferred

Qualifications

  • Business Administration/Business Studies/MBA/MMS degree or relevant professional experience
